Andrew connects with students by talking with them about things they enjoy and helping them relate learning to real-life situations.
š Growth as an educator:
Andrew has grown more confident and comfortable with students and is always willing to jump right in and help when needed.
ā Strengths & Teaching Qualities:
He meets students at their level and speaks to them in a caring, supportive way.
ā¤ļø Favorite Classroom Memory:
While working on a calculator problem, a student jokingly blamed Andrew for an incorrect answerābut Andrew had actually taught the concept correctly, showing the trust and rapport he has built with students.
š Advice for the future:
Stick with school and donāt quit. Take time with each student, get to know them individually, and always create a safe environment for all learners.
š One word to describe Andrew:
